What is included in a barndominium kit?
Our kits include pre-engineered steel framing, roof and wall panels, trim, fasteners, and detailed assembly instructions. You can also customize your kit with doors, windows, porches, and insulation options.
Can i build it myself or do i need a contractor?
Many of our customers are DIYers who successfully assemble their kits with basic tools and some help. However, if you'd prefer, you can always hire a local contractor or crew—we’re here to support either route. Construction packets and videos provided with every purchase.
How long does it take to get my kit delivered?
It takes on average 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
No we do not offer financing. Typically our customers finance with their project through their home bank or pay cash.
Can i customize the layout or add living space later?
Yes, we can help you design a floor plan layout to fit your needs with the help of professional detailers.
Is this a good option for rural or off grid properties?
All building kits are designed specifically for the destination. IBC & County codes are applied to all residential structures.
